Corned Beef Hash Recipe

Our favorite meal on a budget is corned beef hash. It's tasty, filling and cheap. There are lots of different versions if you Google it. But these are the ones we prefer:
1 large tin of corned beef chopped into cubes
700g potatoes boiled, seasoned and mashed
cheese to top (optional)
- Chop and fry the onions until soft.
- Mix together with the mashed potato and onions.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 180oC for 20 minutes
You can also add leftovers such as vegetables or beans, chopped ham or sausages.
When I was a poor student I used to eat it out of the pan and save on washing up too!
