Stop Clutter By Throwing It Away!

by Sherri Frost
(Florida, USA)

Clutter has been the one thing that my husband and I have a difference of opinion about. He grew up with the mindset of "Keep it, you never know when you might need it". His father finally cleaned out the attic and there were piles of broken appliances that 'might be put to use someday!'

On the other hand, my mother was always cleaning out the closets and giving things away that she didn't need. Our home was always spacious and clutter free.

I have taught my children to be clutter free. Our rule is: If you don't use it or love it then let someone else have it.

If it doesn't have a place or a use then it goes in the trash or to Goodwill.

We've never missed anything!
