Valentines Tea on a Budget

Last year I wrote an article on having a tea party for your valentine. I suggested buying chocolate covered strawberries and sending a dozen or so roses to make her feel special along with some other ideas.

After I wrote that article it occurred to me that not everyone has a lot of money to spend. I thought I should reach out to the guy with less money and help him present a tea party that would still make his lady feel special. This year money may even be harder to come by.
