This crockpot beef stroganoff recipe is unbelievably easy! Seriously, all you have to do is put everything in the crock pot, turn it on and go about your business.
When it is time for dinner just add the sour cream and let it heat through while you cook some noodles and maybe, if you are feeling energetic toss a salad. Then sit down with your family and enjoy a dinner that tastes like a special occasion - what a treat!

1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1" cubes
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp salt

1 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 C sour cream
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 C water

heated through. Serve over hot cooked egg noodles and garnish with
chopped parsley, if you want.
