No-crust Artichoke Quiche Recipe


  • 1 6-oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup grated cheddar or swiss cheese
  • cream or milk
  • 4 eggs


  • Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease an 8-inch pie pan with a little of the arichoke marinade.

  • Drain artichokes, reserving marinade.

  • Dice artichokes and scatter in the pie pan with the cheese.

  • Combine artichoke marinade with cream or milk to equal 1/2 cup.

  • Beat eggs with cream mixture and pour into pie pan.

  • Bake 25 minutes or until quiche is set and lightly browned.

  • Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
